ABSENT DOCTORS Newsday – July 31st, 2002Imbert not happy with functioning of Counseling CentreHealth Minister Colm Imbert yesterday said he is “not happy” with the way in which the Queen’s Park Counseling Centre and Clinic has been functioning. There are definitely management problems there, and we have to solve them,” Imbert said. “We have to start at the top and come down. Because if the managers of that place are not doing their work, it flows down to the rest of the staff.” He made these remarks in response to a question about the cancellation of clinics at the facility due to doctors being absent.
